1. My e-mail address and password aren't accepted
Please check that you are entering the correct e-mail address and password by logging in to your account at www.enistic.com, then try again.
2. How do I turn a device on or off?
Devices that are currently connected to the Enistic Online Service will be shown in the list of devices. To switch a device on or off, simply touch the name of the device to toggle its state. Please note that only switchable devices can be controlled; some devices such as the energy meter cannot be switched off.
3. One or more of my devices is not shown in the list of devices
Only devices that are powered and connected to the Enistic Online Service are shown in the list. If one or more of your devices is missing, make sure it is powered on, in range of your Zone Controller and that it has been added to your Online Service account.
4. How do I view data for a device?
When on the devices screen, simply press the arrow on the right of the device row to view its data.
5. How do I select a different period of time when viewing data for a device?
When the device data screen first loads it displays live data. To use a different period, touch the period row and select one of the other periods. If you select custom dates, you can select the start and end dates by touching the date row and picking a new date. After selecting your start and end dates, touch the refresh button to load the data. Note that custom date ranges must be 31 days or less.
6. How do I change the time on the overnight report?
When the overnight report first loads, the hours from 18:00 to 00:00 are visible. To see 01:00 to 07:00 touch the times and scroll them to the left.
7. What are the figures highlighted with a red background on the overnight report?
The overnight report shows all the devices which were reporting data overnight. If a device uses 10 watts or more in an hour, it is highlighted.
