Campsites and caravan parks
Camping and caravanning in the UK is great fun and with 2967 sites listed in this app (and now also with membership only sites including 192 Caravan Club sites and 1369 from the Camping and Caravanning Club), you'll easily find a place to stay on the GPS enabled map* or A-Z list filtered by:
- Camping
- Camping pods / wigwams
- Luxury camping
- Touring caravans
- Static caravans (hire)
- Static caravans (buy / site)
- Lodge / cottage
Every site listed is stored in the app so even when you don't have an Internet connection you can access the site's name, postcode, telephone number, website address and the accommodation facilities available. When you do have an Internet connection, you'll also be able to view the map and the website of the site. We only list sites with websites so you can quickly access the information you need to plan your trip.
You can also write site reviews and give them a star rating. Reviews can even be written when you're offline and they will be uploaded next time you connect to the Internet so they can be shared with other users.
New in version 1.2 is the ability to search for sites by name (or part of) and by the facilities available. It's now also possible to launch Google Maps, TomTom or Navigon (depending on the apps you have installed) directly from the site summary screen by touching the postcode for the site, which will allow you to easily plan a route.
We'll continue to add sites and welcome our users to use the feedback form in the app to let us know about new sites to add. To see where all the sites in the app are located before buying please see the sites map below.
* devices which do not contain GPS are still able to use the map, but their current location may not be available.

- If you have Google Maps, TomTom or Navigon installed then you can plan a route directly from the site summary screen by touching the site postcode
- Sites can be searched by name (or part of) from the A-Z list
- Site facilities are listed on the site summary screen.
- Sites can be filtered by facilities from the "Site options" button

New in v1.3.2:
- More sites have been added: thank you once again to users who have submitted sites and written reviews
- The A-Z list and favourites now show a marker to indicate whether a site is membership only or open to anyone
- When filtering the A-Z list and no sites match, a message is now shown with a button to reset the filer to show all sites.
- Some site now have an approximate location on the A-Z list
- The graphics now support the iPhone 4's Retina display
Campsites and caravan park locations
The following map shows the locations of all the sites contained in the app, so that you can be sure there's a site listed near to where you plan to stay before you buy.
NB: Red marker sites are open to everyone, purple marker sites may require membership.
